3. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website or by texting a keyword to our designated number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Pulse USA at the number you provide. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received a message.
Upon sending "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation message to verify your unsubscribe request. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to rejoin the messaging program after opting out, you may sign up again using the same method you originally used to opt in, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for text messages are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Pulse USA does not charge a separate fee for sending or receiving SMS messages, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier will apply. Message frequency varies.
For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Pulse USA is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Pulse USA. By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Pulse USA and mobile carriers will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to delays, non-delivery, or technical issues.
8. Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our SMS messaging program and services. By opting in to receive text messages or using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in to our messaging program, we will promptly remove their information and unsubscribe them from all communications.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Burleigh County, North Dakota.

Pulse USA's SMS messaging program is operated in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA's Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier-specific requirements for A2P 10DLC messaging.
