Unauthorized Propagation Prohibited – Under Patent Protection

Of the higher quality green field pea varieties, CDC Striker is one of the better standing ones. Improved seed quality traits include a low bleaching score and a more intensely green color (still not as good as Cruiser or Aragorn). CDC Striker has a round seed shape, smooth seed coat, and low percent seed coat breakage. Agronomically Aragorn is one of the more consistent high-quality varieties and definitely the right choice for northern- and eastern-most green pea producers.
