CDC Impress CL is a medium-sized green lentil that will be scrutinized heavily by long-time Richlea fans. Unlike Richlea, CDC Impress CL has good resistance to Ascochyta. Impress is similar to Richlea in all other areas (slightly shorter plant height, slightly larger seed size, similar yield and maturity). Considering the better weed control provided by the CLEARFIELD Production System, we don't think it will take long before CDC Impress CL becomes the new most-planted lentil variety in ND and MT. All CL varieties require the signing of a CLEARFIELD Lentil Stewardship Grower Agreement. Please contact the Pulse USA office for details.
